Armine Sarkisyan is a prominent Russian jazz diva. Armine was born and grew up in Yerevan, Armenia. For many years, Armine has performed as a lead solo of the legendary State Jazz Orchestra named after Oleg Lundstrem. As Armine's mother was an honored Artist of Armenia, she was surrounded by many talented Armenian musicians and composers such as Robert Amirkhanyan, Arno Babajanyan, Stepan Shakaryan, Martin Vardazaryan, and many others. Raisa Mkrtchyan is Armine's mother and a well-known performer all over the Soviet Union countries.

Did You Know?

In 1997, Armine joined the State Jazz Orchestra of Oleg Lundstrem, becoming a lead solo of the record holding team. Her great talent let her to be among the stars of the soloists of the Jazz Orcestra of Oleg Lundestrem, such as Maya Kristallinskaya, Alla Pugacheva, Irina Ponarovskaya, Irina Otieva, Valeri Obodzinski.
