Sasha Gradiva is a stage name of a Russian singer Aleksandra Antonova. She was born February 5 1979 in Moscow to a family of a pilot father and a flight attendant mother. Sasha used to attend figure skating school and enjoyed singing and dancing. Sasha appeared on the covers of such magazines as Playboy and Maxim, Cosmopolitan and Vogue and gained popularity in Russia and abroad. In 2009 she received American Citizenship and received an invitation to attend the 52nd Grammy Awards ceremony, becoming the first Russian celebrity to receive an official Grammy invitation.

It is not confirmed, but there are rumors that Sasha danced at a famous Moscow strip tease cub where she was noticed by a wealthy businessman and introduced to a producer Yuri Aizenshpis. She was called “Russian Madonna”.
